| Name: Mark Sinclair Sport: Cycling  | My name is Mark and I go to Fortrose Academy which is pretty good as far as schools go. I got picked to ride for Scotland in October 2006 after coming second in the Scottish Cross Country Series. Last season i won the scottish xc series for my first time, but unfortunately i sufferd from an on going back injury. I have spent the winter going along to strength and conditioning twice a week. Once i had picked up the baisics things realy picked up and my back is feeling alot better. We decided that it would be best to take sum time of the bike and realy concentrate on a gym based program , this was definately worth it! I recently went down to edinburgh for a bike fitting and i am now easing my self back into cycling and will be taking it easy for the next month and hopefuly building towards some of the later races in the xc season...... |
